For defendants living outside Tennessee, the premium must be between 10% and 15% of the bond amount capitol.tn.gov.

3. Payment structure for installments
Premiums and initiation fees may be paid in installments, but at least 50% of the premium must be paid when the bond is signed fastdemocracy.com+6capitol.tn.gov+6wapp.capitol.tn.gov+6.
